Hi!
I'm Sanaia, a freelance illustrator and graphic designer, with a big love for fantasy and games. I have been drawing since a young age and pursued art throughout my whole life. I started digital art in 2011 with my first ever tablet learning to do anime style with it.Today I work on a Xp-pen 16' Pro (2nd gen) screen tablet, using Clip studio paint as my main drawing program.My design work is done within the Affinity Suite programs.
F.A.Q
When did you start drawing?
Since I can remember. My mom tells me stories of my drawing in kindergarten and other kids being around me looking.
I started digital drawing in 2011 when I got my first non screen tablet.How did you learn to draw?
I went to school and learned traditional realism, while I'm self taught in digital anime style.
What program you use to draw?
I use Clip studio paint for my illustrations and I use Aseprite for my pixel drawings.Do you take requests?
No at this time I do not take requests.Do you do art trades?
I have not tried it yet, but if your skill level is the same as mine I'm willing to consider!

Pocket chibi models
Pocket chibi models are a YCH style models with premade bases.
They are a small size making them perfect for streamers who have less powerful PCs. Perfect for gaming as it keeps lags lower!Personally tested on my own laptop a lenovo legion pro 5, with a rtx4070 and 16GB ram. Could stream, while running vbridger, vts and Genshin on medium/high setting without lag, compared to my regular vtuber model where lag was still present on lower settings.To make sure I offer a free test model (Bocchi) so you can see it these models are for you!

Terms of Service
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. General terms and conditions
Please provide sufficient and appropriate reference of the character you want commissioned in visual and writing (personality, colours, expression and pose).You acknowledge the commission is for personal (non-commercial) use only, unless discussed otherwise prior to me starting the commission.I have the right to decline a commission.
I WILL NOT draw:
- mecha
- NSFW/nudity
- gore
- furry (ears/tails/wings on a human character are OK)All of my artworks, illustrations, rigs or designs are NOT allowed to be used or associated in any way with Crypto-currency, NFTs or AI art generators.
II. Payment and delivery
II.a PaymentThe commission is to be paid fully up front.
Payments from 200€ up can be split to 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch/base rig phase.
For model rigging payment plans can be arranged.Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
Amount of detail can increase the price.Depending on the type of commission I accept payment:
- through Vgen / Ko-fi
- by Stripe invoice
Note: You do not need a Stripe account to receive an invoice!Payments are to be made in EURO €.II.b DeliveryDelivery files are as follows:
- illustration: .png file
- badges: .png files in the 3 required sizes by Twitch
- emotes: .png files in appropriate sizes.
- vtuber art: .psd file
- vtuber rig/model: .moc3 file + settings filesNote: If you wish to acquire the .psd and/or .cmo3 files an additional charge will be added based on individual cases.
Please ask about it BEFORE the start of commissions.
The Pocket chibi model .psd and .cmo3 files cannot be acquired.
III. Process
I will only start working on the commission once I receive the full payment.
In case of a split payment I will start after the first payment, then provide the sketch/progress clip and proceed to finish after the second payment is made.The waiting time for the commission is:
- 1-4 weeks for illustrations/badges/emotes,
- 1-3months for rigged models.
These time estimates are AFTER I start working on it, depending on the complexity of the commission and my own personal schedule.
In case of unforeseen changes I will make sure to notify the commissioner as soon as possible.
IV. Commission changes and edits
The commission comes with 3 edits.
- Illustration; they can be used at the sketching and colouring phase,
- pixel art; they can be used at any stage,
- vtuber model art; they can be used during sketching,
- vtuber model rig; can be used during and at the end of the rig.Bigger changes are only allowed within the sketching phase.After the sketch only smaller changes can be applied.Every additional edit will the subject to additional fees, depending on the scope of the change.
V. Copyright and usage
I retain all copyright to my work.I retain the right to use my commissioned work for my portfolio and posting it on my social media platforms.
In case you do not wish for your commission to be posted on my social media, please notify me when you send in the commission information.The commissioner CAN:
- use the commissioned work privately
- they can repost it with credit to the artist (this includes using it as a profile picture)
- they can print the commission for non profit use (for example gifts to fans at meetings).
- use vtuber models for streaming and/or making videos
- use emotes and badges on different platforms.The commissioner CANNOT:
- alter the artwork in any way
- remove the artist’s watermark/signature,
- claim it as their own
-reproduce/print the commissioned work for profit, unless paid for,
- resell the work to someone else (subject to exceptions, please contact in advance)
- use the work as promotional material (this includes branding, stream/thumbnail use and similar), unless paid for.Copyright infringement will result in a revoke of your buyer’s right to the work.
You will also be blacklisted from future commissions.
VI. Cancellation and refund policy
I have the right to cancel and refund a commission.The commission can be cancelled, if it was not paid for yet.The commission can be cancelled and fully refunded, if I have not started working on it yet.Refunds after work on your commission has started, depend on your payment choice.
If you paid the commission in full you will receive a 50% refund if the commission is at the sketch phase.
If you chose 50/50 payment you get no refund.
No refunds are possible after the commission is finished.Ko-fi sketch commissions can only be refunded if there is no work done on them.
VGen commissions refunds are handled on the platform.If you file a chargeback against me, I have every right to anything I have ever made for you, including any past commissions, allowing me to monetise them as I see fit.
You will also be blacklisted.
VII. Commercial use
If the commission is of commercial nature, a commercial fee will be applied.
The commercial fee will be set individually depending on the project scope and rights.Vtuber models, badges and emotes have commercial fees already included in their price.Licensing of the work is individually set.

We do not collect data ourselves, nor do we use any third-party data collection except what the website host collects. More information is provided here.The data collected through our orders (e-mail and name) is used only for the purpose of contacting the person ordering and provide them with a invoice.
Their information is stored on our Stripe account as a customer. Names and e-mails provided are not required to be or contain legal names. They are only used to establish contact and send the invoice.
Any information in relation to the payment is under the privacy policy of Stripe available here.

Our website contains links to external site, that we do not operate ourselves. Please consult their respective privacy policy for more information on how they process your personal information.
III. Children's privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
IV. Change to the Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
